Rates
- Rates above are quoted in ZAR and include VAT
- STO rates are applicable to accredited Tour Operators. Contact us for your commission rate.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but we will honour any confirmed bookings at quoted rate.
- Child rates for Country House:
- 0 to 1 years of age = free of charge when sharing with adults. Cot provided at no charge
- 2 to 11 years of age = pay 50% of adult sharing rate when sharing with one adult
- 12 years and older = adult rate
Child Policy
- Children of all ages are always welcome in the Cottages.
- Children of all ages are welcome in the Country House, EXCEPT for 20 December to 3 January when children under 10 can only be booked into the Country House on request.
Payment & Cancellations
- Payment is due 30 days prior to guest’s arrival.
- Cancellation terms
- More than 4 weeks – 95% refund
- 2 – 4 weeks notice 50% refund
- Less than 2 weeks notice and 15 December 2022 – 15 January 2023 no refund
- Cancellation charges will be waived in the case of valid Covid related reasons
Guide Policy
- Guides stay on a complimentary basis – subject to availability, and subject to a minimum pax of 4 in the group.
Meals
- Dinner available on request only. Dinner for arrival evening needs to be pre-booked
- Breakfast is available for guests in self-catering units at an additional R200 pp

Minimum Stays
- 15 December –5 January minimum stay of 3 nights will apply. We can negotiate this if necessary.
